Software Engineering Manager
Ancestry Jan 2023-presentI currently lead a team focused on developing and maintaining our company’s high-impact marketing offer pages. We collaborate closely with marketing strategists to design and execute A/B tests and experiments that optimize conversion rates, improve user experience, and support critical business growth initiatives.
I help enable AI-based marketing by supporting personalization efforts that optimize for key revenue metrics like lifetime revenue (LTR). By integrating AI-driven tools and strategies into our offer pages and experiments, we deliver tailored user experiences that align with customer behavior, driving higher engagement, improved retention, and long-term business value.
In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also play a key role in mentoring and coaching junior developers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our team.

I led a team that owns the prioritization and execution process of all onsite A/B tests, personalization activities, internal marketing operations, QA, and maintenance requests.
